Refund policy

Due to the custom fabrication of the products some, returns will not be accepted. 

Items that are non-refundable:

1. 360 Photo Booth Platforms and Cases

2. Full System Photo Booth Packages

3. Photo Booth Shells and Cases

4. Photo Printer (Photo Printers (Primera iP60, Sinfonis CS2, DNP RX1, DNP 620A, DNP DS40)

5. Any products with custom graphics which include enclosures, inflatable enclosures, custom vinyl logo prints.

6.
Any items imported from or sourced from China, including but not limited to the Eclipse E5 and 360 Photo Booths.

 

360 photo booth platforms, photo booth shells, mirror booths products have a 1 year manufacturers warranty, if any part fails we will work with you to resolve any issues. 

If a part fails, please reach out to our support team on our contact page so we can help you try to fix the issue.

In some cases, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return the item. Again, we will ONLY refund items not listed above.

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 7 days of product receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. Initiate your return by emailing or messaging us through our contact page.

Return Fees:

  • A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect or Defective Shipments:

  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt for a refund.
  • Products should be in new condition and original packaging.

Refund Process:

  • We'll inspect the returned item upon receipt.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method, such as a credit card. The timeframe for receiving the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.

Change of Mind:

  • We understand you may change your mind. However, we only refund items not listed above.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Report damages within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos within 2 days.
  • Replacement requests for damages not reported within this timeframe may be declined.
  • We're not responsible for lost revenue due to shipping damages. For claims, provide photos of the package and contents as received.

General Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be in the original packaging.
  • Email or message us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
  • Refunds will be the purchase amount minus shipping fees and the 20% restocking fee, with return shipping at your expense.


Damaged shipments MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product and photos MUST be provided within 4 days. We are not responsible for any lost revenue due to damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Clearance Sale Policy

Thank you for shopping at our Clearance Sale. We are excited to offer you great discounts on our products. Please take a moment to review our no refund policy, as all purchases made during this sale are final.

1. All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during our Clearance Sale. Please choose your items carefully and ensure they meet your requirements before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions: In the rare event that an item you receive is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges during our Clearance Sale unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, as stated in point 2.

4. Final Sale: All items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges, regardless of the circumstances.

5. Store Credit: If a return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, store credit will be issued for the original purchase price. This store credit can only be used for future purchases.

By making a purchase during our Clearance Sale, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your discounted items.
